Unlike any other complex of its kind, the Tradewinds has its own private sports club facility, which boasts such amenities as an indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, racquetball court, full-size basketball court, weight/cardio workout room, billiards, table tennis, a barbecue patio, a multi-purpose room and outdoor tennis courts. These amenities are available to all residents during regular sports club hours.

Use of the Sports Club

Use of the Sports Club is limited to residents. Residents’ guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times while using any of the facilities. Adult residents may accompany up to four guests, minor-aged residents may accompany one guest.

Accessing the Sports Club

An access card is required to enter the Sports Club. Access cards can be obtained at the Sports Club office. A $25 returnable deposit is required.
